A vacuum container and an electron emission device using the same are provided to discharge electrons colliding against a spacer towards a gate electrode or an anode electrode along a conductive material which connects the spacer and the gate electrode. A vacuum container includes a first substrate(90), a second substrate(110) disposed opposite to the first substrate, a sealing(104) disposed along a border of a space defined by the first and second substrates, plural spacers disposed between the first and second substrates for maintaining an interval of the first and second substrates, and a supporter disposed on the second substrate for supporting the spacer. The supporter has a groove receiving and supporting the spacer.
