PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software development environment system excellent in all of times for system construction, cost, a debugging function and an execution time. SOLUTION: The software development environment system 10 includes a control software module 11 including control software as a development target and a vehicle model module 13 as a target of the control thereof, and a system management module 12 is introduced which intervenes between the module 11 and the module 13 to manage the operation of the whole of a system (10). The module 12 consolidates each event produced in the system 10, sets each start time thereof, and manages it.
