<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a watch and an electronic equipment, while reducing the affection from heat generation, even when an atomic oscillator is used as the reference oscillator. <P>SOLUTION: The watch comprises the atomic oscillator 13 for generating and outputting the reference clock signal; and the watch module 12 which operates, based on the reference clock signal.
