The method involves extruding parallel blades continuously from a composition across a die having a front face with parallel slits and insulant material in surface in a horizontal direction. Alternative spaces are set between blades adjacent to compressed and depressed gas injection after outlet of die. The blades have two sides subjected to action of the gas and depression and vice-versa to deform blades and their soldering with formation of alveolar structure in a plane parallel to extrusion direction. The structure is subjected to action of air jet after its formation. An independent claim is also included for a device for implementation of an alveolar structure fabrication method.
