PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and conveniently clean, repair and replace only stainless wires without using any tools. SOLUTION: This food whipper is provided with an attachment support 1 to the side of a whipper M, a wire receiving boss 3 assembled and integrated with its lower part, a cap 4 extractably inserted around the boss 3, and a plurality of stainless wires 2a-2 bent into a planar outline shape such as a symmetric and roughly bullet shape or eggplant shape where the wires are opposed to one another from the vertex P of a tapered conical shape. The cut-off both ends of the wires 2a-2f are detachably assembled in the wire receiving boss 3 into a three-dimensional shape as a wholly radially-symmetrical distribution type, and are bound and fixed by a cap 4 into a surrounded state.
