PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor socket that allows a mounted IC socket to be exchanged easily, can be exchanged easily, and can reduce its height without losing electrical characteristics. SOLUTION: The adaptor socket comprises a first insulating substrate, a second one arranged under the first one, and a plurality of probes.
