An oven rack mounting structure for an electric oven is provided to prevent damage of a convection cover caused due to an oven rack, by preventing the oven rack from contacting the convection cover formed on the rear surface of the oven cavity when the oven rack is mounted. An oven rack mounting structure for an electric oven comprises: an oven rack(600) for supporting foodstuffs; and a groove formed at the inner surface of an oven cavity to support the oven rack. The oven rack has a mounting portion(620) on which foodstuffs are disposed; and an outer frame portion(640) which forms an outer contour of the oven rack, and has front/rear ends interfered with the groove to restrict the position of the oven rack. The outer frame portion includes a front support section(642) which forms a front portion of a loop; a rear support section(644) which forms a rear portion of the loop; a connection support section(646) which interconnects the front and rear support sections; an inlet stopper(647) connected to the front support section and the connection support section so that the inlet stopper is interfered with one side of the groove and restricts the stop position of the oven rack in entry of the oven rack; and an outlet stopper(648) connected to the rear support section and the connection support section so that the outlet stopper is interfered with the other side of the groove and restricts the position of the oven rack in exit of the oven rack.
