PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recorder which can simply remove foreign matter of a pressurized air supplying port as the cause of poor pressurization of an ink cartridge by quickly detecting the occurrence of the poor pressurization, and to provide a cartridge for maintenance. SOLUTION: A controlling means 48 is set in the inkjet recorder 1. The controlling means 48 judges it as an abnormality of the pressurized air supplying port 39 when the number of operations of a pressurization pump 43 which supplies pressurized air to the ink cartridge 12 increases more than a preliminarily set reference number of operations. The controlling means 48 informs the fact. Moreover, the cartridge 51 for maintenance is prepared which is mounted to a cartridge mounting part 17 of the inkjet recorder 1 in place of the ink cartridge 12, thereby collecting and removing the foreign matter stuck to the pressurized air supplying port 39.
