Hydro-technical structure has face wall placed normally with respect to water mirror and connected to earth with horizontal surface and water area adjoining it. Besides that water area adjoining face wall is separated from the rest of water reservoir water area with water-impermeable barrier, at that inlet to barrier is arranged at the side placed oppositely with respect to direction of flow.
