<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric mirror controller capable of preventing generation of clutch noise by stopping idling of a clutch mounted on an actuator as early as possible, while preventing a decrease in an allowable range of an inclining angle of a mirror plane. <P>SOLUTION: In controlling an electric mirror, this controller 6 clamps a voltage value of a voltage applied to a motor 11 detected by a mirror plane angle detection circuit 20 at predetermined upper and lower limit values.
