摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to manufacture continuously a film having a constant quality, high mechanical strength, and high ion conductivity by improving drying speed. <P>SOLUTION: A dope containing a solid electrolyte and an organic solvent is made to flow and cast on a support film 111 supported by a support band 400 in a casting chamber 63 and a cast film 24a is formed. After sending the cast film 24a into a first liquid bathtub 405, it is separated as a film 410 from the support film 111. After the film 410 is dried by a tenter 64, it is sent to a second liquid bathtub 420, and furthermore sent to a drying chamber 69. In the drying chamber 69, the film 410 is dried while being wound on a plurality of rollers and transferred. By a pressure control device 210 which is connected to the casting chamber 63, the tenter 64, and the drying chamber 69, the vicinity of at least one of the cast film 24a and the film 410 is decompressed to 600 hPa or less. By the evaporation of respective liquids 65a, 65b, the organic solvent in the film 410 is evaporated certainly, and by increasing the partial pressure of the organic solvent by the decompression drying, drying speed is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
