A method for registering a Bluetooth device in an IP terminal is provided to directly attempt connection to a searched Bluetooth device without input of user's selection if the Bluetooth device, searched as a Bluetooth device which can be registered, is one and transmit a PIN code from a Bluetooth module to the Bluetooth device in response to a PIN code request from the Bluetooth device to be connected, thereby simplifying a process for registering the Bluetooth device in the IP terminal of an IP keyphone system. A method for registering a Bluetooth device in an IP(Internet Protocol) terminal comprises the following steps of: searching for the Bluetooth device which can be registered in the IP terminal in response to a Bluetooth device registration request(S34); attempting connection to the searched Bluetooth device if the searched Bluetooth device is one in the search result(S38,S40); and completing the connection with the Bluetooth device by transmitting a PIN(Private Identification Number) code to the Bluetooth device to be connected according to the PIN code request from the Bluetooth device to be connected(S42,S44).
