PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable measured result by enhancing dispensing precision even in a micro dispensing amount of sample or reagent, in the present invention. SOLUTION: This autoanalyzer of the present invention has: a washing water supply source for supplying washing water to a sample probe and a reagent probe; a branching means for branching the washing water of the washing water supply source to a sample probe side and a reagent probe side; a sample probe side washing water flow passage for communicating a sample probe side outlet of the branching means with the sample probe; and a reagent probe side washing water flow passage for communicating a reagent probe side outlet of the branching means with the reagent probe. The autoanalyzer is provided with a plurality of water supply valves in series on either side of the sample probe side washing water flow passage and the reagent probe side washing water flow passage, and one water supply valve on the other side.
