<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage on-line flash game services. <P>SOLUTION: When selecting the performance of a prescribed flash game, a skin flash module allows the performance of a skin flash, or a frame in a flash game screen, on the screen of a user's terminal machine, and controls a UI flash module and a game contents flash module to emerge the user interface and game contents on the game flash screen shown to the user's terminal machine as the flash.
