<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rat proof cable which has not only a rat proof effect but also an excellent flexibility and moreover can avoid a complex production process. <P>SOLUTION: A stainless steel mesh tape is wound over an outer layer of a cable sheath. A thickness of the above stainless mesh tape is set within a range of 0.05-0.20 mm and numbers of mesh within 50-200. A rat proof cable is made as above, and a stainless mesh tape wound over the outer layer of a cable sheath is formed to prevent an invasion of teeth of a rat, and a rat proof effect can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
