An electromagnetic induction wave underwater propeller contains a housing, in which electromagnets with winding are located. As operating unit, the device contains a flexible lengthy plate rigidly fixed by one end, and another end is made with possibility of displacement along longitudinal axis of plate. Moreover, an armature of electromagnet is fixed, and electromagnets are located on one side from the flexible lengthy plate and operate for attraction.
