A constant current driving circuit is provided to supply a constant current to a load by preventing the decrease of a drain-source current of a mirror type FET(Field Effect Transistor). A constant current driving circuit includes a constant current supply unit(120), a current mirror(130), and a load(140). The constant current supply unit supplies a constant current. The current mirror is connected to the constant current supply unit and generates n mirror currents. The load is connected between the constant current supply unit and the current mirror. A compensation circuit is connected between the constant current supply unit and the load. When a drain-source voltage of the current mirror falls below a saturation region, the compensation circuit increases the gate-source voltage, so that a drain-source current is increased.
