The greenhouse has a covering superstructure mounted on a platform (31), and a plastic concave dome (21) mounted on gutters (20) and including an arch (22). An upper cold house (33) extends under the dome parallel to the platform for covering a lower surface of the greenhouse. A peripheral cold house (36) is mounted outside the superstructure, and an intermediate cold house (37) is mounted on a front overhang using hooks. A set of cultivation units are disposed in staggered rows on the platform. A set of sprayers are suspended on a network of cables for spraying refrigeration liquid. An independent claim is also included for a cultivation unit.
