A flexible cap covering the element has a slit limited by adjacent edges that are in correspondence with the passage. Each edge has a part of a zipper (20) with teeth (22, 24) mutually opposite to teeth (26), forming a rupture point, permitting mutual hold. The zipper presents at closed state a low resistance point against a definite opening for being surmounted by a force of the air bag during deployment.
