<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system on panel (SOP) type scan drive part for an organic light emitting display device. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light emitting display device is provided with: a pixel part 12 having a plurality of pixels; a scan drive part 14 having a plurality of flip-flops; a data drive part 20 which applies a data signal to the pixels; and an emission control drive part 16 which applies an emission control signal. Each of the flip-flops includes a first transistor M1, coupled between a positive power supply voltage Vdd and a first node N1 and performs on/off operations according to the level state of a control signal input to a gate terminal, a third transistor M3, wherein a first electrode is coupled to the second node N2 and an input signal applied to a second electrode is transmitted according to the level state of the control signal input to a gate terminal, and the second transistor M2 coupled between the first node N1 and an inverted control signal line and performs on/off operations according to the level state of the second node N2 coupled to the gate terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
