PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head and an inkjet recorder, which suppress adhesion and amalgamation of ink mist to the vicinity of a discharge port, and hardly cause discharge failure even when a secondary color print is formed. SOLUTION: In the inkjet recording head, a plurality of discharge port arrays H1108 are formed in a discharge port forming surface A, and a water repellent area B surrounding an area provided with a discharge port array H1108 is individually provided on every discharge port array 1108. There are also provided: a plurality of first hydrophilic areas C1 which are arranged adjacent to the water repellent areas B, extend in a discharge array direction, and individually provided; and a second hydrophilic area C2 which is mutually adjacent to the water repellent areas B and extends in a direction orthogonal to the discharge port arrays, and the first hydrophilic areas C1 and the second hydrophilic area C2 are connected to each other.
