PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of eliminating noise due to dark signals from a solid-state imaging element. SOLUTION: After an image signal A2 by normal imaging is stored in an image memory, an image signal B2 by imaging for which a shutter is closed, immediately after is stored in the image memory. The respective image signals A2 and B2 are supplied to a preprocessing circuit 6a via a memory controller 6c. An arithmetic circuit 61 subtracts the image signal B2 from the image signal A2 and eliminates fixed pattern noise and offset components. A luminescent spot detection circuit 62 detects a generation position of luminescent spot noise from the image signal B2 and outputs a timing pulse T1, corresponding to the detection. A black point correction circuit 63 detects a pixel with the possibility of generation of black point noise in an image signal C1 outputted from the arithmetic circuit 61, based on the timing pulse T1 and corrects the pixel by using data of the nearby pixels.
