<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subterranean buried box body that is easy to be handled because of its light body, having high strength, and enables easy work in a drilling through hole at a circumferential wall for the connection of cable conduits. <P>SOLUTION: The entire hand hole body B is composed of a light-weight material such as synthetic resin, and an upper part of the circumferential wall 1 is constituted in double-wall structure.
