PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying structure of a waterproof sheet capable of relieving repeated impacts on fixing screws by wind pressure, eliminating the possibility of damage to surfaces to be water-proofed over a long period, and preventing a bonding strength between a fixed disk and the waterproof sheet from being impaired. SOLUTION: A reinforcement rib 5 is recessedly formed in the upper surface of a fixed plate 1 covered with a thermally welded layer 2. A sheet fixing disk A having, at its center part, a mounting hole 3 for inserting a fixing screw D therein and, at its periphery, a screw head fixing recessed part 4 is secured onto the surfaces to be water-proofed C, and a synthetic resin waterproof sheet B is thermally welded to the sheet fixing disk A to secure the waterproof sheet to the surfaces to be water-proofed. A part 51 of the reinforcement rib 5 of the sheet fixing disk is formed to cover the screw head fixing recessed part 4. A washer 6 is installed in the screw head fixing recessed part 4 so that the washer 6 is interposed between the rear face of the head part D' of the fixing screw D and the screw head fixing recessed part 4.
