PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card holder which positively maintains a card storage state, and does not conceal a decoration area of a lid portion. SOLUTION: The card holder is formed of a rear portion having right and left gusset portions to be folded inward and supporting a card from the rear, a front portion extending from a lower end of the rear portion to be folded toward the gusset portions, and the lid portion extending from an upper end of the rear portion to be folded on the front portion. The lid portion has a decoration made thereon. Herein the decoration of the lid portion is formed by stitching, and the front portion has a tape fastener stuck thereto at a location opposed to the stitches when the lid portion is folded. It is preferred that hooks of the tape fastener is of a mushroom type, and that each stitch engaging with the hook of the tape fastener is formed of woolly yarn. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
