<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a lamp unit with easy assembling work capable of certainly performing connection of wires and constituting the lamp unit of high quality. <P>SOLUTION: A connection part of FFC 12 cabled to a roof trim 10 is previously fixed to an electric wire connection parts 25a, 26a of a bus bar 25 in a room lamp 20 and a spring terminal 26 by welding.
