PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive austenitic heat-resistant material having superior high-temperature durability in the temperature region of 500 to 1,000°C and excellent in the manufacturability, workability and dimensional stability of material and also to provide heat-resistant parts and heat-resistant parts concerned with engines manufactured using the heat-resistant material. SOLUTION: The austenitic heat-resistant material with excellent high-temperature durability has a composition consisting of, by mass, 0.02 to 0.07% C, 0.2 to 1.7% Si,≤5.0% Mn, 12.0 to 15.0% Ni, 22.0 to 25.0% Cr, 0.5 to 4.5% Cu, 0.05 to 0.17% N, 0.0005 to 0.05% of either or both of Ca and REM and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and further, Ni equivalent,δ-ferrite content and Hv (Vickers hardness) are respectively limited. The heat-resistant parts or the heat-resistant parts concerned with engines are obtained by using the above heat-resistant material. Further, the heat-resistant parts or the heat-resistant parts concerned with engines, characterized in that surface modification for forming a hardening layer is applied to the above parts composed of the above heat-resistant material, are also provided.
