PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the speed change control without interrupting the torque between an input shaft and an output shaft even in the case of any number of rotation of an engine. SOLUTION: An input shaft is divided into an output shaft side and an input shaft side, and a double ring gear type planetary gear group is put on the side of the output shaft and a single pinion type planetary gear set and a double ring gear type planetary gear set are put on the side of the input shaft and the rotation is transmitted to the respective ring gear on the side of the output shaft by dispersing the rotation from the side of the input shaft to the ring gear, the sun gear and the carrier through the carrier and the pinion. The brake and the one-way clutch which can be fixed to a case are provided with another ring gear in the double ring gear type planetary gear set, and the clutch which can tighten a sun gear and a carrier is provided moreover so that it makes possible to switch the double ring gear and the single pinion type planetary gear by easy operation. The reverse rotation, the stillness and the positive rotation can be transmitted without interrupting the torque even if the rotation of the output shaft is changed by its torque.
