PURPOSE: A soundproof wall is provided to reduce time and costs required for a maintenance work because an upper soundproof plate is not separated when a lower soundproof plate is replaced. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall comprises multiple posts(1000), soundproof panel parts(2000), and rotation parts(2210). The posts are arranged along a road or a railroad at uniform intervals. Each soundproof panel part is composed of a soundproof plate(2100) and a frame(2200). Soundproof plate grooves are formed in the frame. One end of the rotation parts are connected to the soundproof panel parts so that the soundproof panel parts can be rotated, and the other ends are connected to the posts.
