PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure capable of sufficiently securing block connecting force for connecting blocks by simple work. SOLUTION: The first block CB1 and the second block CB2 can be connected in a state of bringing mutual end surfaces CB1a and CB2a into pressure contact by the wedge action generated by pushing-in, by pushing and locking an engaging part 33 in and on a locking part 11 of a first coupler 10, by rotating a joint lever 30 in the predetermined direction around a shaft part 31, after inserting the shaft part 31 of the joint lever 30 into a shaft support part 21 of a second coupler 20.
