<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed paper in suitable timing corresponding to a copying mode while shortening the processing time of copying processing. <P>SOLUTION: A multifunctional machine system is provided with a scanner for reading out an original and executing reading processing for preparing image data, a memory for temporarily storing the read image data, a printer for preparing printing data on the basis of the paper feeding processing of printing paper and the image data and executing the copying processing of the original by printing the printing data on the fed printing paper, and a control means for receiving the setting of a copying mode. When the copying mode whose setting is received is a copying mode for performing layout processing for arranging a plurality of images of the original to be read out on a sheet of printing paper on the basis of a detected original size, the control means controls the paper feeding processing after the end of reading processing, and in the case of the other copying mode, controls the paper feeding processing before the end of the reading processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
