PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take measures for vibration noises due to the mass of a bearing when using a roller for a revolving thrust bearing of a scroll compressor in use with high pressure, and for the wear of a rolling surface, if slightly worn to cumulatively make a gap to a seal portion of the scroll member, resulting in gas leakage. SOLUTION: A centering member for preventing the bias of a roller has a determined dimensional relationship in a geometric rule among the position of a roller storage pocket, a roller number n, a roller diameter d, a roller length L as well as a scroll revolving radius e to minimize the mass thickness of an intermediate race way track, thus reducing vibration noises and securing strength. Even when depressed wear is caused by permanent rocking of the roller in a slight range at the same position, a race way track is turned. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
