ELECTROLYTE INJECTION TYPE BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte injection type battery allowing an electrolyte to be rapidly and surely injected into respective stacked cells in a power generation part and having excellent battery performance. SOLUTION: This electrolyte injection type battery includes: a layered product comprising the power generation part 6 comprising a plurality of unit cells, and a spacer 5 and a holding plate 4 for sandwiching the power generation part; a cavity part 7 formed at the center part of the layered product; and an ample 9 arranged in the cavity part and filled with the electrolyte 8. The spacer and the holding plate are each provided with a taper where the diameter of a part thereof facing to the cavity part is reduced with distance from the power generation part; the angle X of the taper of the spacer satisfies 0.5°≤X≤10°; and the angle Y of the taper of the holding plate satisfies 2°≤Y≤30°.
