PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window section ventilation structure of a curtain wall corresponding to a double skin preventing the cross sectional shape of a lateral frame from being structurally and aesthetically restricted, allowing to take a large height difference between an outside air inlet formed on the outdoor side and a ventilation hole formed on the indoor side, and securely preventing rain water from invading therein. SOLUTION: In this curtain wall structure, a window section is formed in a double structure by an outdoor side glass G<SB>O</SB>and an indoor side glass G<SB>I</SB>and an air layer 7 is formed between these both glasses. A vertical space P is formed in mullions 2, 3 disposed between glasses G, G adjacent to each other in the lateral direction. The outside air inlet 16a communicating with an external space is formed on the outdoor side where the vertical space P is formed. The indoor ventilation hole 2e (3e) communicating with an indoor space is formed at a position higher than the outside air inlet 16a. The ventilation structure also comprises a flow passage switching device 20 which opens and closes a communication passage from the indoor side ventilation hole 2e (3e) indoors and opens and closes a communication passage from the indoor side ventilation hole 2e (3e) to the air layer 7.
