PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable multilayer film which is suitable for shrink packaging, shrink-binding packaging and a shrinkable label, and which is excellent in the balance of physical properties such as transparency, solvent resistance, natural shrinkability, low-temperature shrinkability and ink adhesion. SOLUTION: This vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon-based heat-shrinkage multilayer film composed of at least one intermediate layer and both outer layers is characterized as follows: the intermediate layer is composed of a hydrogenated block copolymer consisting of at least one kind of vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene-based hydrocarbon, or a mixture of a polystyrene resin and the hydrogenated block copolymer consisting of at least one kind of vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and the conjugated diene-based hydrocarbon; and both the outer layers are composed of a mixture of a styrene-(meth)acrylate copolymer, and the hydrogenated block copolymer consisting of the vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and the conjugated diene-based hydrocarbon.
