The device has a self drilling screw (1) with a fixation head (4). The head has a lateral peripheral groove (5) and a radial piercing (6) at the level of the groove, where the groove and the radial piercing permit joining of an orthodontic auxiliary. An elastic ring (8) is housed in the groove and is designed in a manner to present an outer surface (13) projecting from the groove and to compress the groove by a hollow key cooperating with the head having complimentary shape. An independent claim is also included for a ring for orthodontic anchoring using an orthodontic anchoring device.
