<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device having satisfactory display quality of transmission display and also reflection display. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device is provided with a liquid crystal display panel LPN holding a liquid crystal layer LQ between an array substrate AR and a counter substrate CT disposed opposite to each other and a color filter layer 34 provided on an inner surface of the liquid crystal display panel LPN corresponding to each color pixel PX(R, G, B). The color filter layer 34 is provided with the first colored resin CF1 disposed at a reflection part PR and a transmission part PT of the red pixel PXR, the second colored resin CF2 disposed at the reflection part PR and the transmission part PT of the green pixel PXG, the third colored resin CF3 disposed at the reflection part PR and the transmission part PT of the blue pixel PXB and the fourth colored resin CF4 disposed at the reflection part PR of the red pixel PXR, the green pixel PXG and the blue pixel PXB and having an absorption peak in a green wavelength. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
