PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely, elastically and outwardly deform an elastic tongue piece formed on the other opposing side wall made to fall down in the bottom part direction afterward, and therefore, to surely and rapidly unlock a lock between one opposing side wall and the other opposing side wall, because a lever part is more projected in the direction of the other opposing side wall made to fall down in the bottom part direction afterward when one opposing side wall and the other opposing side wall is in an unlocked state. SOLUTION: In a folding container, when one opposing side wall 3 and the other opposing side wall 2 are in a locked state, the lever part L2 constituting an unlocking member L is inclined, and when one opposing side wall 3 and the other opposing side wall 2 are in an unlocked state, the lever part L2 is positioned in an approximately horizontal posture.
