<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To write and read information, in an RF-ID medium such as noncontact IC card which is placed on a conductor such as metal, without restriction of its placing direction. <P>SOLUTION: This cover member comprises hollow casing parts 11 and 12 which are opposed to each other. The inside of the casing part 11 is connected with the inside of the casing part 12 through a communication part 13.
