PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for improving the convenience of an image retrieval function. SOLUTION: A portable digital camera 100 as an image processor is provided with a display part 10 for displaying an image, an image file retrieving part 12 for retrieving an image file, a UI 14 for achieving an interface with a user and a storage medium 17 for storing a plurality of image files. When starting the retrieval of a desired image file from among a plurality of image files stored in the storage medium 17, the list of at least one retrieval condition for retrieving the desired image file is displayed at the display part 10, and a retrieval condition matching file matched with the retrieval conditions is retrieved based on the retrieval conditions input by using UI 14, and a corresponding image is displayed at the display part 10 as a retrieval result.
