PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a flexible printed circuit into a bending shape for avoiding breakage in contact with a peripheral component in the case of bending the flexible printed circuit nearly in an S-shape and arranged around the peripheral part as a wiring for connecting the respective electrodes of piezoelectric elements to a drive circuit board. SOLUTION: The flexible sheet 5 of nearly the same width as an FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) 3 is arranged along the surface of the FPC, and elastic force of a part of the elastic sheet corresponding to a difficult-to-bend part of the FPC is made to be smaller than the other parts. The part of the smaller elasticity than that of the other parts of the elastic sheet is made thinner or wider than the other parts, or a hole is formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
