PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nobel suspension link capable of ensuring an excellent function not inferior to a conventional X link, while reducing manufacturing cost and significantly the whole weight. SOLUTION: In this suspension link connecting a section between an axle and a frame at the upper position of the axle, long plate-shaped flat steel portions 16 are assembled with its plate cross direction placed vertically to form an X-type when viewed from the top. An adjacent pair of external ends 18 of the respective flat steel portions 16 forming an X shape are arranged in the vehicle cross direction and oscillatably jointed to axle side, and a remaining pair are jointed so as to oscillatable relative to the frame as the front of a vehicle from the axle.
