<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag reader/writer device suitable for livestock, capable of stably writing and reading data without contact to an animal. <P>SOLUTION: This IC tag reader/writer device comprises an antenna module with an antenna installed to a top end of a bar-like body, and a reader controller connected to the other end thereof.
