摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of a light reflection layer with respect to a structure of making a luminous layer emit light and a technology of forming the structure. SOLUTION: Each unit element U comprises a light reflection layer 21 formed on a substrate 10, a second electrode 35 of semi-transmitting and reflectivity arranged on the opposite side of the substrate 10 interposing the light reflection layer 21, an emitter 33 interposed between the light reflection layer 21 and the second electrode 35, and a light-transmitting first electrode 25 interposed between the light reflection layer 21 and the emitter 33. A resonator structure which resonates the emitted light from the emitter 33 between the light reflection layer 21 and the second electrode 35 is formed in each unit element U. The translucent layer 23 is formed of a light transmitting insulating material and forms the resonator structure by being interposed between the light reflection layer 21 and the first electrode 25 of unit element Ur, but does not overlap with at least a part of the light reflection layer 21 of the unit element Ub which has different resonant wavelength from the unit element Ur.
