An internal resistance correction calculation value after temperature correction of a capacitor unit (11) upon charging and discharging and a capacitance correction calculation value after the temperature correction of the capacitor unit (11) are calculated. The capacitance correction calculation value is substituted into a degradation judgment expression obtained for the temperature in advance. A judgment reference value is obtained by calculation in accordance with the temperature obtained from the temperature sensor (18). When the judgment reference value is equal to or below the internal resistance correction calculation value, it is judged that the capacitor unit (11) is degraded. Thus, it is possible to provide a vehicle power supply device capable of accurately judging degradation of the capacitor unit.
