An unfastening prevention device for a tire mounting nut is provided to enhance reliability of a vehicle by fundamentally preventing the factor of malfunction, and save the cost by improving assemblability and mass-productivity. An unfastening prevention device for a tire mounting nut(11) is applied to a structure that fixes a tire(12) using a plurality of the mounting nuts. An unfastening prevention member which is transformable is connected among the plurality of mounting nuts. The unfastening prevention member is made from a cylindrical plate(21) made of a flexible material. The plate has a plurality of stopper projections(22) for preventing movement of the mounting nuts and the plate by contacting with the mounting nuts. A supporting projection(23) is formed on the plate so that the plate can be conveniently mounted near a wheel which is a mounting surface of the tire.
