<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a utility pole with a power outlet from which power can be supplied easily to an electrical apparatus and in which the power outlet can be protected from dust, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: An upper opening 10a and a lower opening 10b are provided, respectively, at the upper and lower parts of a utility pole 10, a terminal board 15 for connecting the other end of a lead-in cable 13, having one end connected to a distribution line 11 in a lead-in branch box 12 is arranged at an inner position corresponding to the upper opening 10a; and a power outlet board 18 connected with the terminal board 15 via a connection cable 16 is arranged at an inner position, corresponding to the lower opening 10b. Lids 14 and 17 are fixed, respectively, to the upper opening 10a and the lower opening 10b to freely open/close, and a plug is inserted into the power outlet board 18, except when the lead-in cable is connected with the terminal board 15 and the lids 14 and 17 are closed, except when power is received. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
