<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase opportunities of corporate sales by performing data exchange by digital data and reducing a temporal limit in the data exchange and to improve services for an end-customer (a traveller) by eliminating input mistakes in a travel industry where IT is behind. <P>SOLUTION: In the travel industry, an intermediary organization and an intermediary server file are provided between an agent and a hotel and between the agent and a vender, that is, in data exchange of N:N, and in the system, data exchange among a plurality of information systems can directly be performed as digital data by using the Internet.
