PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape grabbing tool in which a grabbing part can be easily formed in a picking manner from an upper part without any complicated operation or any separate member. SOLUTION: A reverse pendulum type component which is movable by a spring is mounted on an existing tape cutter at the tape-adhering position between a tape body and the cutter. During the forming, a tip of the reverse pendulum type component is pulled toward the cutter for each tape from an upper part of the tape.
