An electronic door lock with an automatic double-lock releasing function is provided to automatically release a double locking state by turning a handle of indoor side by separating a double-lock protruding unit from a double-lock hole and pressing a double-lock button. An electronic door lock, which is doubly locked when a double-lock button(16) installed at an indoor unit is pressed and unlocked when the double-lock button is not pressed, includes an automatic double-lock releasing unit interlocking with the turning of a handle(12) of indoor side to automatically release the pressed state of the double-lock button; an inclined surface(112) formed on both ends of a double-lock hole(110) formed on a case of the indoor unit to separate the double-lock button from the double-lock hole when the pressed double-lock button is rotated together with the indoor handle; and a finger restricting the rotation of the double-lock button when the double-lock button is pressed and turning by interlocking with the rotation of the handle to release the double-lock button.
